Hey there! This is a basic site for organising meetups in the city of Manchester for people in the trans community! I hope to create a kind and safe environment, where people can share their interests, meet new friends, and get support.

I decided to set this up when I sought out something like it, but found that most groups were either dead, exclusionary to certain age groups, or organised through social media like Instagram and Facebook. I felt like there was a need for a simpler set up, where you just give me your email, say if you're attended and we meet up. I wanted it to be as inclusive as possible, not needing an account set up, or to support a massive corporation.

The current plan is to get an idea of who would attend, so initially there's no known venue or times. I want a feel of what kind of place would suit us

Most likely plan is a cafe or bar in Manchester central, due to ease of access and amount of venues and spaces. If you have any recommendations feel free to put it in the form over on the Sign Up page. Or feel free to shoot me a message on discord or an email from Contact Me

I don't expect or really want any financial kickback from this, since I feel that having that as a driving force behind something taints it, and suddenly the goal shifts from the original idea to "making more money". That's not to say you can't buy me a drink though ;P
